- Items are unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags are intact
- Items are not damaged by customer misuse
- Proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized decoration items
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Gift cards and consultation services
- Items returned after the 30-day window

Return Shipping

Exchanges
